Broken Glass Jelly- ala – Yollie

Ingredients:

2 x 10g clear and unflavoured jelly

1 1/2 cans condensed milk

300ml light sour cream

600ml boiling water

Method:

1.  In a large mixing bowl, dissolve clear jelly in boiling water ; cool a bit.

2.  Add condensed milk and sour cream; whisk lightly, until combined.

3.  Pour the milk mixture over the prepared coloured jelly and chill overnight.

4.  Serve cold.

 

FLAVOURED JELLY:

2 x 85 g aeroplane flavoured jelly.  (You can use as many flavour as you wish.)

water

Method:

1.  For each flavour, dissolve 1 box in 200ml boiling water and 100ml cold water.  Pour in a container and chill overnight, until firm.

2.  Cut them into small blocks.  Mix carefully and pour in a preferred mould or container.  Set aside.
