Cucumber and Smoked Salmon Canapes and Champagne Cocktails

 

 

Ingredients:

1 tbsp spreadable cream cheese

1/4 small red onion, finely chopped

1/2 lebanese cucumber, sliced into 6 pieces

50g sliced smoked salmon

Method:

1.  In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and onion.  Season to taste.

2.  Top cucumber slices with a dollop of cream cheese mixture.  Top with smoked salmon slices.

 

CHAMPAGNE COCKTAILS:

1/2 cup guava juice

1 tbsp vodka

chilled champagne

Method:

1.  Divide guava juice and vodka evenly between two champagne flutes.

2.  Top with champagne.  Serve with canapes.

TOP TIP:  For best results, have all ingredients pre-chilled.
