Lychees with Passionfruit

 

 

Ingredients:

1kg fresh lychees

1/2 cup (140g) yoghurt

1/2 cup (125ml) fresh passionfruit pulp

Method:

1.  Blend or process half of the lychees with the yoghurt until smooth; stir in half of the passionfruit.

2.  Place remaining lychees in serving bowls; top with lychee mixture and remaining passionfruit.
