Stir Fry Noodles

 

Ingredients:

1/2kg hokkien noodles

1/2kg vermicelli noodles

1kg seafood mix

1 cup green beans

1 carrot, peeled and sliced

1 medium onion, sliced

1 clove garlic, crushed

1 florets cauliflower

2 tablespoons oyster sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

Procedures:

1. Boil vermicelli for 2 minutes and drained.

2.  Add hokkien noodles in a boiling water for 2 minutes and drained.

3.  Meanwhile, Heat oil in a wok.  Add onion, garlic and cook until it’s soft.

4.  Add carrot,beans and cauliflower and cook, stirring occasionally.

5. Add seafood mix.  Season with oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste.

6.  Add vermicelli and hokkien noodles.  Toss to combine.
