Egg Salad with Croutons



1 medium butter lettuce, leaves separated

250g cherry tomatoes, halved

2 shallots, sliced thinly

1/3 cup ranch dressing

4 hard boiled eggs, halved

75g packaged croutons


1.  Divide lettuce, tomato, shallot and dressing among serving bowls.

2.  Serve topped with egg and croutons.
